Using virtual servers, CadillacTech Services can create and/or migrate and maintain secure client servers to our data center or any public/hybrid cloud. Server Monitoring and Management
CadillacTech Services provides real-time, 24×7, monitoring of servers. Server engineers and clients also have remote access to perform routine maintenance, changes, and incident troubleshooting. Security will always be a top priority, and we provide and manage anti-virus as well as stay up to date on the patching of critical and security released updates. For our method of clear and concise reporting, we provide Monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reporting.
Software Management
Our server engineers will ensure that the software, firmware, and OS are up to date. This includes the software that we provide for antivirus, backups, and monitoring; as well as any 3rd party software that our clients might need or provide us with. It is important to make sure everything is updated for security and performance reasons.
Backups
We provide and store backups to each server that we provide. This is another topic we do not take very lightly, because we know the value of time and money that backups can save. These backups will help protect the consumer from normal human errors, virus attacks, natural disasters, and much more. Backups will be regularly occurring (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually). Recovery Plans are updated frequently to minimize downtime for everyone.
